If you experience a problem during surgery hours please telephone the practice immediately and we will ensure that you're offered an appointment on a priority basis. Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our utmost to attempt to arrange an appointment for you at the earliest opportunity.
If you experience a problem out of surgery hours then please call the surgery and follow the guidance provided on the answering machine for emergency arrangements.
